- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive implementation of innovation frameworks across global teams
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology forecasts
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CEM)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight tools
