Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ trends
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development and service innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Develop scenario models for potential futures and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present insights to C-suite stakeholders and drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
