Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy framework, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market disruption cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents and cultural contexts
