Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advise C-suite on disruptive market opportunities and systemic risks
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Experience working with global cross-cultural teams
