Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models for 2026+
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions and validating market readiness
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders, translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and startups to co-create the future ecosystem
- Champion a culture of exponential innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising C-suite executives and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation initiatives
