Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation pipeline with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for market volatility and black swan events
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present trend intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
- Foster a culture of exponential thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
