Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic, and environmental signals to forecast disruptive trends for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-level trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings for C-suite audiences
- Advain on organizational resilience strategies amid accelerating technological change
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and ROI projection methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
