Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business landscapes
- Design innovation pipelines integrating sustainability and ethical technology principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Produce trend reports and thought leadership for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and climate risk factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
