Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ innovation horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation user experiences and systems
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations for investor and executive audiences
- Establish external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts and implemented innovation strategies
- Experience scaling innovation within enterprise environments
