Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps with executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using machine learning tools
- Advolve product development teams in integrating future-proofing principles into design cycles
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums as a keynote speaker and thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents with diverse stakeholder ecosystems
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
