- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and tech pioneers
- Measure innovation ROI through KPI tracking and impact analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or MBA
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
