As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, biotech pioneers, and AI architects to develop actionable roadmaps for disruptive technologies. You'll translate complex future scenarios into strategic priorities while fostering a culture of radical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Champion experimental projects in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
