Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify transformative opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of foresight initiatives on organizational innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, CFP) preferred
