Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to align on future-state vision and execution
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through industry speaking engagements and white paper publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network of relationships with innovation labs, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
