Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact future-focused initiatives
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into tangible product/service prototypes
- Monitor and report on emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and regulatory evolutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling

- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives delivered in complex environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
