- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum AI, biometric security, and climate resilience systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups for R&D acceleration
- Present future impact assessments to executive leadership and investment committees
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive methodologies and future-proofing techniques
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technology trajectories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized products
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-technology landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or innovation frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
