Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-focused frameworks into corporate strategy
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Present strategic futures to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or foresight certification programs)
