Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-proofing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts impacting business trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or sustainable technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
