Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (2026-2030) across tech, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for stakeholder decision-making
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or tech consulting with proven foresight impact
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched 3+ years ahead of market
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
