Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to predict technological disruptions and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum, synthetic biology, metaverse)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future technology implications
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
