Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to translate future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Design and implement emerging technology adoption strategies across business units
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-proof methodologies
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
