- Translate complex futures into actionable strategies for product development teams
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published research or thought leadership on future trends
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 companies
