Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce thought leadership content on future-of-work and tech evolution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or future studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business plans
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
