Responsibilities

- Author white papers and trend briefs that influence organizational strategy and investor confidence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 24-month commercialization horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CIMP) or foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation roadmaps
