Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Develop scenario models for climate resilience, automation, and human augmentation
- Lead client strategy sessions with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing their organizations
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and post-scarcity economics
- Manage a $2M innovation incubation portfolio for disruptive startups
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and Singularity University summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Future Studies, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4 strategic modeling, Palisade @Risk)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
