- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation practices
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or equivalent foresight role
- Proven track record translating trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
