Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge collaboration
- Design and scale innovation frameworks to embed future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major innovation initiatives launched since 2020
