Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks predicting technological, social, and economic trends through 2026

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) for strategic integration opportunities
- Author annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for product development and market positioning
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines by synthesizing insights from R&D, data science, and market research
- Represent company at global futurism forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and global forums
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
