Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global tech trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions to create 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop innovation roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation strategies
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and competitive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed foresight methodologies across the organization
- Represent Innovatech at premier future-focused conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-vision roadmaps that drove measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Outstanding communication skills with executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
