Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast industry impacts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategies
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term visioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic adaptation to disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or frameworks
