- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation priorities
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate R&D with futures focus
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
