Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps with measurable milestones and risk mitigation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-state scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing future-state frameworks and implemented innovations
