- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in analytics tools (Python, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published work on future-of-work or technology disruption preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight a plus
