Responsibilities

- Champion innovation initiatives that align with future market opportunities and regulatory landscapes
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and storytelling
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Integrate future insights into product roadmaps and organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
