- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Deliver executive briefings on future trends and competitive landscape analysis
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Author industry whitepapers and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech publications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
