Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and emerging opportunities
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for alternative futures
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable strategic recommendations for product development
- Build and maintain relationships with global innovation ecosystems, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight insights into commercial innovation strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or similar professional accreditation
