Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 15+ emerging tech domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI ethics, and decentralized economies
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design innovation pipelines integrating Web3, neurotech, and sustainable materials science
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global future-tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build our next-generation foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, scenario modeling)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Deep knowledge of climate-tech, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three successful 5-year future-strategy implementations
