Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, technology assessment, and disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Track record of influencing corporate strategy through future-oriented recommendations
