Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions with R&D and product teams
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry roundtables
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups for strategic investments
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives using proprietary trend intelligence platforms

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 firms
