Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture emerging paradigms
- Design and implement organizational change management programs for future-ready workforce transformation
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors with data-driven predictive modeling
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, patents, books)
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
