- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with 50+ stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Design predictive market models using proprietary AI-powered simulation platforms
- Advort board-level clients on systemic risks and disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Experience leading $1M+ strategic transformation programs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020-2025 trend predictions
