Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market signals, and geopolitical shifts to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive-level foresight reports and trend briefings quarterly
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation practices and responsible tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or trend analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
