Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch market-disruptive solutions
- Develop quantitative foresight models predicting technological and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) into commercial blueprints
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Deep technical fluency in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complexity into executive action
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-strategy implementations
