- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Oversee development of innovation incubators for 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
