Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and cultural transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
