Responsibilities

- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term strategic objectives
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead workshops to build future-proofing capabilities across the organization
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and deliverables
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
