Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for future markets
- Present strategic foresight reports to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (e.g., AI ethics, quantum adoption)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong track record in bringing futuristic concepts to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and secure innovation funding
