- Author thought leadership publications and predictive briefings for industry stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic integration and competitive advantage
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness maturity and innovation pipeline efficacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept articulation to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
