As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global thought leaders to decode technological disruptions and societal shifts. You'll translate complex signals into strategic blueprints that shape product roadmaps, market entry strategies, and organizational evolution through 2030 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI symbiosis)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Integrate future intelligence into product development lifecycle and investment decisions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting technological adoption curves
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scaling tech firms
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
