- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) into core business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
